Fan Portal FAQ
Your tracking will show in the Fan Portal once the UPS shipping label has been created. You can also sign up for UPS My Choice notifications with your participation email, and you'll be notified once the shipping process begins.
To edit any of your user details within the Fan Portal all you need to do is select the pencil icon in the upper righthand corner. Once you’ve made your changes click the save button.
To access our Fan Portal visit fans.fooji.com. A link will also be provided in your confirmation email and success page.
