Can I exchange my prize for a different prize?

Sometimes we deliver a variety of prizes in the same market, and were unable to exchange any prizes once the order has been placed. In these instances the prizes are distributed randomly from the distribution point, and these deliveries are meant to be a surprise for you when they arrive.
