Oh no! We’re sorry that your link hasn’t come through.If you haven’t received a link to participate it could be because of one of the following reasons:

1. If your account is private, we’re unable to see the post. So, please make sure that your X (fka Twitter) account is public, and then post again so we can reply back with a link to participate.

2. Make sure to double check that the CTA (hashtags) are spelled out correctly. If they aren't, then delete your initial post and post the correct hashtags. If it is, and there’s media attached to your post, try deleting the post and posting the CTA again without any attached media.
