Received "Sorry, we're unable to authenticate your device" message

This message means you're logged into multiple X (fka Twitter) accounts on the same device. Try logging out of all of your accounts, log back into the account that you initially used to participate, then try the link again. If that doesn’t work, try logging into your X account on a different device and using your link there.
