Unable to upload receipt or redeem code

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble! Here’s what you need to know to upload your Little Caesars receipt or code successfully:


Receipt Requirements:

  • Only 1 individual receipt or code directly from a Little Caesars location (not a third-party delivery) is eligible per day.

  • The receipt must include an itemized total and store information.

  • Faded or greasy receipts may have difficulty uploading.

  • Please note: Only receipts from October 21, 2024 through December 31, 2024 are eligible.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Upload a clear, well-lit image of a single receipt on a neutral background (no folds, blurs, or markings).

  • Try a different browser, device, or switch between WiFi and cellular networks.

  • Clear cache, cookies, and browsing history, then try uploading in a private or incognito window.

  • For Online Orders: If you ordered through the Little Caesars App or website, a follow-up email should include your code.

Call of Duty Codes:

  • Enter the code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive). Only one co de or receipt can be submitted per day.

  • If your receipt has a printed code under "Call of Duty Black Ops," enter the code; you will not be able to upload that receipt.
