We apologize for the confusion. In order for the receipt to be uploaded it needs to be a purchase directly from a Little Caesars location (not a 3rd party delivery app). Purchases from 3rd party apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc aren’t able to be used to redeem Call of Duty rewards for the promo. In the future, you’ll need to complete the purchase and pre-pay for the order from a Little Caesars location in order to be eligible to receive a prize.
